This is a beautifully balanced, clarifying blend of  Geranium, Bergamot, Lemon, Ylang Ylang Extra, Roman Chamomile Oils, this blend is a soothing as well as enhancing focus. Find your peace of mind, help quell racing, foggy thoughts and gently encourage mental focus when using this blend to spray in your aura, work area, or even before a workout routine. Helps to calm and invigorate your senses and focus. 
Do not spray in eyes or inject. It is meant to spray overhead, or in air. Can put a few drops in essential oil diffuser.
